Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-12

1. Who we are (Controller)

Dzianis Yukhniuk, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, NIP PL5272950310, REGON 388201203, address Habicha 5/87, 02-495 Warszawa, Poland. Contact for privacy matters: propdrop.info@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. (GDPR applies to us as a Poland-established controller regardless of where you live.)

2. What data we process & why

We do not collect payment card numbers — these are handled by our payment processor. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 21.

3. Who we share data with

We share data with the following recipients. Where a recipient acts as our processor, this is under a Data Processing Agreement (GDPR Art. 28):

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not currently use advertising pixels (e.g. Meta).

US state privacy (CCPA/CPRA and similar): these laws do not apply to us — we fall below their business thresholds (e.g., CCPA's ~$26.6M annual revenue / 100k-California-consumer / data-sales tests) and we do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Some recipients are located in the United States — e.g., Whop, Resend, and Vercel (our processors), and Discord (an independent controller, see §3). Transfers to our processors rely on appropriate safeguards — EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable; data reaching Discord is governed by Discord's own transfer mechanisms.

5. Retention

We keep account and billing data for the duration of your subscription and for 5 years afterward (Polish tax record-keeping) to meet legal/tax/accounting obligations and to defend legal claims; analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to 14 months. Consent-based data is kept until you withdraw consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise these, contact propdrop.info@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — uodo.gov.pl.

7. Is providing data required?

Providing account/Discord/billing data is necessary to deliver the Service; without it we cannot provide your subscription. Marketing and non-essential cookies are optional (consent-based).

8. Security & breaches

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures. In the event of a personal-data breach posing a risk to your rights, we will notify UODO within 72 hours and, where required, notify you.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be notified by email or in-product.
