Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropDrop (the "Service"), operated by Dzianis Yukhniuk, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, NIP PL5272950310, REGON 388201203, address Habicha 5/87, 02-495 Warszawa, Poland, contact propdrop.info@gmail.com ("we", "us"). By creating an account, joining our Discord, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is — and is not

• The Service is a data and research tool. It surfaces "+EV" sports-betting signals — the estimated fair (no-vig) price and which sportsbook shows a discrepancy — for informational and educational purposes.
• The Service is NOT betting advice, a tip/pick guarantee, a sportsbook, a betting operator, or a financial/investment service. We do not accept, place, broker, or settle any wager, and we do not hold customer funds. An alert is data, not a recommendation to bet. You decide whether and how to bet.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook, sports league, or team.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be located in a US state (or other jurisdiction) where sports betting and the use of sports-betting information are legal. The Service is not offered to residents of, and not for use in, the State of Nevada.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. No guarantee of results

• +EV signals are probabilistic. They do not guarantee profit. Results vary, and variance is part of sports betting. You can lose money. Any past edges, examples, or figures shown are illustrative and are not predictions of future results.
• You bet at your own risk and with your own judgment.

4. Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

• The Service is offered on a recurring subscription of US$19 per month ("Subscription").
• Your Subscription automatically renews each month on the same calendar date until you cancel. By subscribing, you expressly consent to recurring monthly charges of US$19 to your selected payment method until cancellation.
• Payments are processed by Whop (Whop Inc.), which acts as merchant of record solely in its capacity as payment processor and remits applicable tax. We (PropDrop) are the seller/supplier of record for the product, and our product, refund, and subscription terms (these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy) govern your purchase. You also agree to Whop's own terms separately. We do not collect or store your payment-card numbers.
• We will disclose all material terms (price, billing frequency, renewal date, and how to cancel) clearly and conspicuously before you provide billing information, and send you a confirmation after purchase.
• Taxes. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to you, including any taxes on betting winnings.
• Free trial: a 3-day trial may be offered without requiring a card (access is granted via a Discord role). Because no card is required, no charge occurs unless you choose to subscribe.

5. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time, self-service, through the same channel you used to subscribe — in effect, "in one tap": in your Whop dashboard (Settings → Memberships → Cancel).
• Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms, including the EU right of withdrawal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, scrape, or republish the signals or data, or use them to build or feed a competing or derivative product or data feed;
• use any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, spider, or other automated device, program, or method to access the Service;
• share your access credentials or Discord access, or maintain more than one account per person;
• use the Service or any signals for betting in affiliation, organization, or coordination with — directly or indirectly — any sports-betting operation, syndicate, market maker, club, fund, group, community, or other entity, or to operate a tout/picks service;
• use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling, or use it in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind (including accuracy, timeliness, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose).
• Data accuracy. Signals are computed from third-party sportsbook odds and may be delayed, stale, or incorrect (including scanning errors) by the time you act. Always check the live line at the sportsbook before placing any bet. We assume no liability for inaccurate or delayed data.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for betting losses or for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or goodwill damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including mandatory EU/EEA consumer protections.

8. Responsible gambling

If gambling is causing you harm, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. You may self-exclude at any time.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email with reasonable notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. EU/EEA consumers: if a change materially and adversely affects you, you may terminate your Subscription before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused period.

10. Governing law & disputes

• Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute or concern, please contact us at propdrop.info@gmail.com first. We genuinely try to resolve issues quickly and informally before any formal proceeding.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving you, as a consumer, of the mandatory protections afforded by the law of your country of residence.
• Courts. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the competent courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory local consumer law continues to apply.
• We do not require you to arbitrate or to waive class-action or other collective rights.

11. Intellectual property & license

• The signals, data, analytics, text, and other materials we provide (the "Content") are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law.
• Your active Subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content for your own personal, non-commercial betting research.
• You may not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, republish, sublicense, or use the Content to build or feed a competing or derivative product or data feed (reinforcing §6).

12. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or any law; (b) your betting activity; or (c) your use of the Service from a jurisdiction where it is unlawful (including the State of Nevada or other excluded jurisdictions). This indemnity does not apply to the extent it is prohibited by mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

13. Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms — including sharing or reselling access or credentials, scraping or redistributing the Content, syndicate/group use (§6), abusive conduct, or using the Service from an excluded or unlawful jurisdiction. For a serious or repeated breach we may do so without refund, to the extent permitted by law. Where the breach is curable and the law requires, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure.
